Pool and Jacuzzis

Evergrene has a large 165,000-gallon infinity-edged resort-style pool perfect for enjoying on beautiful sunny Florida days. The pool is one of the largest pools in Palm Beach County. Two luxurious Jacuzzis overlook Lake Dorothy. The pool deck provides abundant space for sunbathers and shaded areas for those looking for a relaxing space while watching the kids. Members and guests may also enjoy a relaxing lunch, snack, or drink from the outdoor Tiki restaurant and bar.

Our Tiki Restaurant and Bar

The Tiki Restaurant and Bar is a one-of-a-kind experience exclusive to our residents and their guests. It is situated in the heart of the outside amenities with a spacious seating area and bar top. There is an abundance of options from our kitchen that can be enjoyed. The Tiki provides a fully stocked bar with fantastic drink specials weekly. Local artists perform live music on certain Fridays and Saturdays. The Tiki hosts a game night every Wednesday at 6 pm.

Pickleball

Our Evergrene Clubhouse has four 44-foot Pickleball courts, complete with sub-surface watering. Pickleball is a racquet sport for a broad range of skill levels and all ages and the fastest-growing sport in the U.S. The rules are relatively simple, and the game is easy for beginners to learn. There is no difference between a doubles court and a singles court in pickleball. Join in with the groups at play – players rotate in and out. It is fun for the whole family to enjoy! We have a dedicated group of team players who use the courts on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting around 6:00 pm. Pickleball rackets and balls are available at the Clubhouse for our residents and guest to enjoy.

Basketball

Evergrene has a professionally constructed full-length Basketball court for both adults and children to enjoy. The court equipped with three hoops can be used for a full-length pickup game or three half courts. Our court is made from polymeric rubber and granules of EPDM rubber bonded with polyurethane, making the surface softer than tarmacadam material but still offering a high bounce. Basketballs are available at the Clubhouse for our residents and guest to enjoy.

Children Playhouses

Evergrene is a family-friendly community with ample areas for the kids to play. The state-of-the-art playground for kids to be able to use the slides and swing sets is enjoyed by our youngest residents. The water park and kiddie pool are fun activities for kids to cool off in a safe environment. Evergrene has a kids' room available for reservations and can be rented out by residents for kids' birthday parties. The room is situated next to the playground.

Fitness Center

Evergrene boasts its state-of-the-art Workout Center with full cardio, weight, and aerobic rooms. The fitness centers feature a complete line of strength training equipment and a variety of cardiovascular machines. The cardio room is fully equipped with free weights and a large wall of mirrors. Each room has surround sound systems and TVs that connect to users' headphones. Men's and Women's locker areas are available for members and their guests.

Beach and Pier

The sandy beach area sits right up next to Lake Dorothy. It's an additional Florida beach for children and adults to play and enjoy. On the beach is a professional-grade volleyball court for residents and their guests to enjoy. Evergrene has a pier that sits at the end of the Clubhouse and extends over Lake Dorothy. It is a beautiful place to watch birds sunbathe, or it can be used for an excellent fishing vista. The pier is available to rent by residents for small dinner parties and wedding receptions.

Social Events

Evergrene homeowners enjoy a variety of social events throughout the year. Management and the Social Committee coordinate various special events offering terrific opportunities to relax with old friends and effortlessly meet new members. Our annual events include a community Easter egg hunt, petting zoos, bounce houses, family brunch, pictures with Santa, wine tastings, and much more.

Private Events

One of the Club's many focal points includes the 1,500-square-foot dining room, which can be reserved for private events. Whether it is a casual get-together or the most elegant formal banquet, the team will work with residents to deliver a memorable experience. All events held in the Clubhouse must be hosted by a resident or sponsored by a resident. Reservations must be made at least two weeks before the event date.
